We’re hiring a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations for one of our Cousins Maine Lobster food trucks — part of the #1 premium food truck brand in the U.S.
This position requires a strong leader who knows food truck operations A to Z — scheduling, managing crew, handling maintenance logs, ensuring generator logs are completed, and making sure every detail runs smoothly.
Schedule:
Must be available Saturday & Sunday (required work days)
Days off: Monday & Tuesday
Responsibilities include:
Oversee truck operations from open to close
Schedule staff and ensure coverage
Manage maintenance and generator logs
Supervise daily setup, food prep, and service
Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and service
Communicate with ownership about issues, performance, and goals
Support and train crew members as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of management experience (restaurant or food truck preferred)
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Dependable and calm under pressure
Must take full ownership of the truck’s performance and standards

Compensation:
$70,000/year minimum salary
